How do I freeze my holds? Suspend your holds by "freezing" them in your Library account. Your position on the hold listf will be skipped until you "unfreeze" your holds. More about Freezing Holds |

How do I sign up for Text Alerts? Get library notice alerts sent to your cell phone. Notices include: hold pickups, courtesy alerts and overdues. Log in to your library account to sign up. More about alerts here |

How do I register for a Program Online? Self-register for most library programs directly through the program calendar. Manage your personal schedule of library programs from within your library account. Phone and in person registration is also available. Please note: Any class that requires a fee or deposit is not currently avialable through online registration (i.e. Crafts, Bus Trips, Defensive Driving, etc.) More about Online Program Registration |

How do I reserve library materials? Most items in the Library's catalog can be reserved and picked up at a location of your choice. Note: there is a 25 item limit on the number of items you can request on one card. More about reserving library material |

How do I pay my fines online? Library Fines and Fees over $1.00 may be paid online through your library account. Payment is made via a secure connection using any Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. More about paying fines online |

How do I reserve a Museum Pass? Longwood residents can see the available dates for museum passes and make reservations right from the web. All you need is your library card number. More about Museum Passes
